Mrs. J. L. (Born
in 1938) was diagnosed on August 22 of 2001
at Southwest Texas Methodist
Hospital with Infiltrative ductal carcinoma
grade 2. On an ultrasound done at the same
hospital on 8/21/2001; the mass measured 2 cm on the
right breast and a 0.9 cm nodule on her
left breast.
Her husband contacted me and I saw her for her first
treatment on 9/01/2001.
On 10/12/2001 the ultrasound after the 4th IPT
reported no nodule on the left breast and the nodule
lobulated on the right breast measured 1.3 x
1.0 cm.
On 11/30/2001 the nodule lobulated on her right breast
measured 1.3 x 1.0
cm, just a small reduction
in one diameter.
On 12/14/2001 the nodule on her right breast
measured 1.05 cm round shape.
On 1/18/200 the nodule on her right breast measured 1.0
x 0.9 x
0.8 cm
lobulated.
On 3/1/2002 the nodule on her right breast measured
0.9 x 0.9
x 0.78 cm lobulated.
On 5/3/2002 the nodule on her right breast measured
0.86 x 0.83
cm still lobulated shape.
On 7/05/2002 the nodule on her right breast measured
0.8 x 0.6
x 0.64 cm lobulated.
On 8/30/2002 no nodule can be seen on the left breast
and no nodule can be seen on her right breast. Only a
0.49 cm lymph node can be seen on the external upper
quadrant of the breast.
Treatment is continuing.
