ICT (insulin cellular therapy) is basically the same as IPT (insulin potentiation therapy).
ICT is what Dr. Jean-Claude Paquette called the insulin-based therapy that practiced from 1976 until 1995. He learned from Dr. Donato Perez Garcia y Bellon (2) in 1976, who at the time was calling it Donatian Therapy. And Dr. Perez Garcia (2) learned it from his father, who called it Cellular Therapy.
While the emphasis and details of the practice of these different doctors varied, and changed over time, the basics are those that today comprise insulin potentiation therapy -- IPT.
