April 28, 2002.  Cellular Therapy, by Donato Perez Garcia MD (1) is now published electronically on IPTQ.org.   This book was translated to English by Aime Ricci, from the original book in Spanish, Terapia Celular.  This 1953 work, amazing for its time, and even ahead of our time, reports Dr. Perez Garcia's great success in treating advanced syphilis, polio, ulcers, pyloric stenosis, and appendicitis using insulin potentiation therapy (IPT).  Much of this work is amazing even today.

April 5-6, 2002.  Five doctors learned IPT at a workshop in Dallas, Texas.

January 23, 2002.  The first doctor from Brazil, Dr. Nelson P. Modesto, and the first doctor from Europe, Jean-Remy Lepan MD, from France, received training from Dr. Perez Garcia 3.  There are now 42 practicing IPT doctors in 7 countries.  More are coming soon...

January 13, 2002.  Douglas Brodie MD, of Reno, Nevada, received his IPT training certificate today from Dr. Perez Garcia 3.  Dr. Brodie is well known in natural medicine circles, as is Dr. James Frackelton of Cleveland, Ohio, who was trained by Dr. SGA in December, 2001.   Dr. Robert Rowen moved to Santa Rosa, California to practice medicine with his new spouse, Dr. Teri Su.  They are the first wife and husband team of IPT doctors.

IPTQ News Archive

11/29/00   The book Médecine de l'Espoir, by the late Jean-Claude Paquette MD, is now available in its original limited edition (paperback) from the doctor's son Normand Paquette.  Inquire by email to: paquettenormand@hotmail.com

11/23/00  Donato Perez Garcia y Bellon, MD 2 died at his home in Mexico City.  This is a great loss for his family, his friends and colleagues, and for the world.  He was the living master of IPT.  The son and only student of the discoverer of IPT, Donato Perez Garcia MD 1, Dr. Perez Garcia y Bellon 2 was the person who brought IPT into the 21st century.  His 44 years of experience and his knowledge of his father's 43 years of IPT experience, were irreplaceable.  No other doctor has applied IPT to the treatment of so many different diseases.  He is survived by his own son, Donato Perez Garcia, MD 3, his second wife, and two young children.
9/18/00  IPT doctors presented best cancer cases to the NIH Cancer Advisory Panel for Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAPCAM) in Bethesda MD on September 18, 2000.  Doctors present included:  SGA, Dr. Perez Garcia 3, and Ross Hauser.

"Panel members generally agreed that the cases were interesting, but many factors made it hard for them to fully evaluate the treatment. The Panel proposed that Dr. SGA prospectively identify patients to be
treated and plan to present the results of treatment for selected patients from that group. Members emphasized that the goal was not to perform a formal study but rather to identify patients to be carefully
monitored for the purpose of presenting an expanded series of Best Cases to the Panel."

[Not discouraging, but not wildly encouraging, either.]

Read the official minutes of the meeting.   No details are given of the IPT presentation, which was closed to the public "for reasons of patient confidentiality".     To date (August 2001), nothing seems to have happened as a result of this meeting.

8/28/00   IPT could be worth many trillions of dollars to humanity.  See the IPT Value $$ page to see why.
8/15/00 Dr. Perez Garcia 1's groundbreaking 1953 book Terapia Celular is now published on IPTQ in Spanish.  (Volunteer translator needed for Spanish to English.)  Ahead of its time in 1950, and still ahead of our time in 2000.
7/4/00  A second book, Cellular Cancer Therapy, by Drs. Perez Garcia 1 and 2, has been published on IPTQ

6/3/00  Public Letters page launched with letters/emails to President Clinton, Vice President Al Gore, and US Senator Dianne Feinstein (CA).

6/2/00 IPT Training Program for medical doctors is now available through Donato Perez Garcia, M.D. 3.

5/16/00  Stanford IPT Research Initiative proposed.
IPTQ was first launched privately, among my friends, family members, and certain key individuals, and their trees of human connections.  It was also announced on several health-related Internet newsgroups, and submitted to the major search engines.
