Dr. Paquette's book Medicine of Hope, has
a section on diseases of the skin, which he
thought are often caused by poor diet, poor elimination, and in general, toxins
within the body. He treated severe skin conditions without any external
creams or ointments, but simply by treating the whole body from within.
The results were often spectacular, achieving significant or complete reversal
of symptoms after just one or two IPT treatments. He presents five cases
of psoriasis; one case of pruriginous
dermatosis (skin disease with itching) and dermographism
(persistent marks from touching skin); a case of skin
allergy to sunlight and metals; a case of dermatitis,
palpebral pruritis (itching of
eyelids) in the sun, and vitiligo (depigmentation
of skin patches); and one case of erythrodermia
(redness of the skin).
The Drs. Perez Garcia disclose their use of sulfadionethovine
(Madribon, Roche) along with
antibiotics and IPT for treatment of skin
trauma and burns in the 1992 patent.
Dr. Perez Garcia y Bellon 2 had a protocol for treatment of
eczema
in his practice in 1975.
